How Does This Process Work?
It's very simple, I need to ask you a few questions about the property and actually get to the heart of why you are selling.
After that, we will review your property and send you an offer within 24 hours. You simply need to sign the offer over email and we will handle the rest. After closing, the Title company will send you a check for the amount on your offer.
What Is A Title And Escrow Company?
A Title and Escrow Company is a 3rd party company that provides security in a real estate transaction for both the seller and the buyer. They hold the buyers purchase money and the sellers signed documents agreeing to sell the home. They then complete the transaction by issuing a check to the seller and registering the buyer as the new owner of the property.
